Rental Rules and Terms

Long Term Rentals

  • Minimum 6months maximum 12months with an option to renew for another 6/12 months. ​​

  • Deposit, first Month and Last months rental upfront. (3-months upfront). 

  • Balance of the lease payable on the 1st of every month.

Cascais

Short Term Rentals

  • Minimum 3-night stays, cleaning fee of €40.00 per stay.

  • Cascais Tourist Tax of guests will be charged a tourist tax of €4 per person, per night, not included in the total price. 

  • This fee is charged to all guests aged 13 and over. It is limited to a maximum of €14 per person

Long Term Rentals Apartment Rules

  • The unit is privately owned; Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries that occur while on the premises.

  • 6-12 months leases renewable 60-days before lease date end.

  • 3-months upfront payment. Deposit, 1st month and last months rents.

  • No pets allowed.

  • No loud parties or use of illegal substances is permitted on the property.

  • No cleaning service is included during the stay, but the apartment is to be well maintained and cleaned throughout the stay.

  • Please contact the owner should anything break or stop working as soon as possible.

  • A set of keys to always be left in the lockbox in case of any emergency.

  • Electronic equipment and security cameras are not to be tampered with or disconnected.

  • Deep cleaning fee charged after the lease period.
